Focus Essential Oil Room Spray

Focus is the room spray I reach for during the day. I make it with a fresh blend of lemon, pink grapefruit, rosemary, eucalyptus, peppermint and frankincense essential oils.

I often spray it around my workspace when I'm working, but one of my favourite places to use it is actually the car. I nearly always give the car a quick spritz before a journey. The combination of citrus, herbs and peppermint gives Focus its fresh, uplifting fragrance.

The Focus scent

Lemon and pink grapefruit give Focus its bright citrus opening, while rosemary, eucalyptus and peppermint add a fresh, herbal edge. Frankincense brings a warmer note to the blend and helps give the fragrance more depth.

It's quite different from the softer floral fragrance of Sleep Easy and the warmer, more floral Night Garden. If you prefer fresh, citrusy and herbal fragrances, Focus is the one I'd try first.

How to use Focus

Spritz into the room whenever you want to freshen the space. I use mine around my desk when I'm working and in the car before setting off on a journey.

A little goes a long way, so start with a few sprays and add more if you want a stronger fragrance.
